Our nutritional tracking software has been developed over 10 years, and used by over 500,000 people. It starts with our tracking calendar and daily checklist. Simply chose a day to enter in your foods, exercise and other nutritional data for that day. Select a date in the future and you can preplan your meals and exercise goals for that date. You set your goals, track your progress and over 25 charts come to life for information and motivation. Even track on your mobile devices with a dedicated mobile version of the program.

Flexible Planning and Tracking

Our goal is to strike the perfect balance between sophistication and ease-of-use. As one user wrote us: "It is hard to explain but you have the most complex site and yet the simplest at the same time. We accomplish this by letting the user customize the experience that best works for them. When using the program, you can load and develop your own meal plans, or simply track what you eat. You can track up to 11 nutritional categories, narrow it down to a few, or simply focus on a single nutritional category. Same with exercise, you can plan precisely what you want to do and how many calories you want to burn, or you can simply set a goal to exercise for a length of time (30 minutes for example) and track what you did. Best of all, you can mix and match, if you want to preplan a few days and simply track other days, the open-ended nature of our program allows for that.

Our software has two modes, one designed for weight loss and the other designed for general nutritional tracking. Changing between the modes changes the nutritional recommendations and charts. Depending on the needs of your organization, we can disable the weight loss mode and focus purely on nutritional tracking.

Our software is modular by design, so we can take away or add modules with ease. Add your own meal plans and food recommendations. Focus the community area on topics specifically for your users. And of course, all logos and branding are specific to your organization. There really are very few limits to customizing the program to fit your exact needs.

In addition to a full control panel for managing the site with no programming, you also have access to a sophisticated reporting package to monitor your users. You can break down habits by specific demographics and nutritional habits. A great way to quickly gather high-level data about your organization’s members.
